Moore – Chief Executive Officer
Dick Moore joined Sonic Mountain in 2007. He has a strong track record of maximizing shareholder value thru his leadership positions in early stage and start-up IT ventures, as well as in large public corporations. Prior to joining Sonic Mountain, Mr. Moore served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Financial Fusion, a Sybase Subsidiary; served as SVP at Cygent Systems later becoming CEO; and was Senior Vice President of Sales at Pyramid Technology. He began his career at Unisys Corporation where he spent his first seventeen years in advancing positions. Mr. Moore is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Arturo – President
Rick Arturo co-founded Sonic Mountain in 2007, after successful leadership in Information Technology companies. Prior to Sonic Mountain, Mr. Arturo was an executive at various early stage companies. Earlier, he held sales leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems where his teams helped catapult these companies to rapid growth and market leadership. He began his career in sales at Rockwell International and Prime Computer. Mr. Arturo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

• George Kelley – VP, Sales/Marketing
George Kelley has rich sales and marketing experience in both established and early stage IT companies with particular expertise in internet and mobile computing technologies. Prior to joining Sonic Mountain, he held sales and marketing leadership positions at ClairrMail, Financial Fusion, S1 Corporation, and Symantec, and has extensive international experience. Mr. Kelley served as a Marine Corps Communications Officer and earned numerous awards for his service in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Neville Orellana brings 30 years of technology experience to Sonic Mountain. Mr. Orellana’s background spans architecture & design, application development, technical consulting/operations, and project management across numerous platforms, programming languages and operating systems. Prior to joining Sonic Mountain, he served as the VP Development for Beechwood Holdings, Chief Technology Officer for QV Trading Systems, Sr. Systems Engineer, at Pyramid Technology and in various technical roles at early stage companies. Mr. Orellana holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and is active in many technical organizations.

• Susan Deeney– VP, Strategic Sales
Susan Deeney brings successful sales, marketing and business development leadership to early stage IT companies that target the corporate customer. Ms. Deeney has a strong track record with enterprise learning technology, having been a key executive in the successful innovation and launch of the first web-based LMS and in-application performance products at PTS Learning Systems. PTS was later acquired by Global Knowledge, due to the dramatic revenue growth, and the marquis list of global companies who became customers and partners. Ms. Deeney holds a BA in Spanish and French from Millersville University and studied at the University of Barcelona. She has heavy international experience and numerous strategic industry contacts.
